Hair Salon and Massage Therapy Cancellations
If you schedule an appointment and are unable to keep it please give us 24 hours notice so we can fill your time slot with other appointments or walk ins.
Refunds
If you have prepaid for a haircut, massage, special, or package deal and are unable to make your appointment you must reschedule the appointment as we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with our service please call us immediately and we will do what it takes to make sure your experience here at WACK salon and massage is a pleasurable one.
